Preparedness, Procrastination, or Perfectionism:

RELEASING SELF-JUDGEMENT

  Listen On Any Platform

If there is something that you want to complete, this episode is for you.
It could be a tiny task that you have been putting off.
Or a grand plan.

You will learn to be less judgemental, and more aligned with whatever action (or inaction) that might be showing up.

The self-talk that we engage in impacts our results.
AND it can be harmful to our sense of self; triggering feelings of shame or inadequacy.

Becoming the sticky emotional syrup that we get mired in.

We break down what PREPARATION, PROCRASTINATION, and PERFECTIONISM look like from our EAGLE EYE viewpoint.  This expanded view invites the objectivity that creates the clarity that we need to PROCEED.

Four pivotal P’s!

What happens when we strip away the labels and the connotations of each of these words?

It brings to mind one of my favorite poems by the poet Rumi:

You have seen a herd of goats
going down to the water.

The lame and dreamy goat
brings up the rear.

There are worried faces about that one,
but now they're laughing,

because look, as they return,
that one is leading.

There are many different ways of knowing.
The lame goat's kind is a branch
that traces back to the roots of presence.

Learn from the lame goat,
and lead the herd home.

We live in an action dominated society.

We have come to equate busy-ness with productivity.
AND SUCCESS!

As a result, we can deny ourselves the things that we actually need to get to where we truly desire to go.

Or, we can get lost in endless cyclical action. It may look like progress. But it doesn’t actually get the outcome we are looking for.

There is one key ingredient to add to the mix to get that 30,000 foot view that provides the missing clarity.

This episode will help you:

  • Get to the root of your resistance
  • Define the state that you are in to move forward
  • Give yourself the grace you need to take aligned action

Celestial Insights: Exploring the Mysteries of the Moon

Waning Gibbous Phase

"What does this mean for me?"

During the Waning Gibbous phase, seize the opportunity to express gratitude and enjoy the rewards of your efforts. As the Moon's light diminishes before the New Moon, it is a fitting moment to appreciate the blessings in your life and share them with loved ones.

Moreover, this phase signifies the culmination of projects and a chance to declutter your mind.

Waning Gibbous

"What else is happening?"

July began with a powerful full moon in Capricorn, bringing a blend of control and flexibility. Embrace the discomfort as it presents an opportunity to dive deeper into your emotions. Mars enters Virgo shortly after, which encourages self-care and service to others, reminding us that self-nurturing is essential.
