What happens when you give yourself permission to upgrade?

Can you feel the energetic shift in the word itself?

All month long we are tackling thoughts and ideas that come up in the process of this proverbial season of Spring Cleaning.

In this episode, we are taking inventory.

But it is an inventory with intention.

• What’s not working?
• What’s weighing you down?
• What isn’t aligned with where you WANT to be?
• What’s tucked away out of sight?
• What do you have that you aren’t using?
  
  

Stepping outside of that route energy of “I should” will guide you toward your path to upgrading whatever space (physical or mental) that you are working on.

When we let our hearts guide our actions, we automatically upgrade whatever we are working on.

When we act with intention, with a bigger picture in view, we take action in a different way.  In a way that feels alive.  And energized.

Our homes are a collection of our things, our activities, our desires, our past, our attachments, our intentions, and often the source of a lot of frustration and discontent.  We often hold tight to our failures with more force than our successes.

And this impedes our growth.

It impedes our ability to UPGRADE.

We can fall into the trap of collecting that frustration and discontent like a hobby.  Or we can choose to sweep it away like dust on a mantle. 

But it is a choice.

When we make a choice, we are shifting from the low vibrational energy of being stuck, restrained or held back into that higher vibration or expansion.

We are integrating the past, and its lessons with our vision moving forward.

But part of that integration is claiming what we really want.  Not just thinking it.

And committing to IT.

It is the energy of commitment and the action taken from it that drives the upgrade.
