And how to live in healthy alignment with the concept of nourishment.

Annie Wagoner is a mom of 2 amazing kids, military spouse, compassionate listener, former perfectionist, recovering sugar addict, outdoor enthusiast, and athlete. She is also a certified holistic health coach, certified personal trainer, yoga teacher, and healer in the Seacoast area and beyond, specializing in women’s wellness. Founder of and podcaster for Core Nourishment, and creator of the Wellness Portal for Women, Annie loves holding space for and witnessing the “aha” moments as individuals navigate their own journeys, explore and discover more self-confidence and love for themselves (from the inside-out), their community, nature and life.

She is deeply passionate about educating and empowering others to make positive lifestyle choices so that they can fuel their bodies, work, relationships, passions and dreams. Annie aims to guide women to reach their highest potential, and creates action plans for her clients, ultimately guiding them to empowerment, radiance, and core aliveness.

Annie is compassionate, attentive, gentle yet also fierce… in her workouts and in her belief that every single human and their bodies ARE magnificent and wired to heal. She guides her clients (in-person and virtually) to break through false stories, old negative patterns, confusion, and to learn to listen, trust (their bodies), and come back home to themselves and their health.
