A Re-Imagined Life

  Listen On Any Platform

Do you live a life that reflects what you truly want?

Whether you are a mom or not, you may be asking yourself this question.

Do you feel like you have the power to control the quality and direction of your life?

You would never know my guest,  Cynthia Ngoy, is a life-long introvert.  This conversation was pure magic!

Cynthia Ngoy is a mom, cycle breaker, and transformational business and mindset coach, who specializes in helping you unlock your Authentic Expression in your life AND your socials.

Her mission is to empower women to do the pivotal inner work to heal generational trauma, reclaim their voice, and speak their Authentic Truth so they can be the life-changing thought leaders they KNOW they're meant to be.

She’s built a successful and impactful business from home, while consciously parenting her two toddlers, and creating a movement in the online space normalizing mental health and the struggles of a modern momtrepreneur.

After the birth of her first son, her worldly view was transformed.

Inherited beliefs and patterns from her parents made her realize how many decisions she was choosing without truly thinking about why she was making those choices.

Released from her demanding corporate job in the midst of the COVID pandemic, Cynthia was forced to follow the dream that had been brewing in her for the previous year.  The timing was difficult as she was pregnant with her second child.

She shared with us how tapping into intuition, listening to that inner voice, and letting go of past versions of herself, became her guidelines and teachings on a path with no how-to-guide.

It took her years to step into her weird, wonderful self.  She has built a new life on helping other introverts like herself do the same.

After watching her parents struggle to chase “the American Dream” she saw the toll it took on their mental health and vowed to give her children a different life and a different experience.

Choosing to nurture her children's minds and daily patterns over her own dreams and desires, a perfectly organized and tidy home was no longer at the first spot on her to-do list.

We discussed reframing your thoughts to accept love, accept support, and accept that you are worthy of all of the goodness and desires that you have wanted.

Allow yourself to see the beauty that the world has to offer us.

After caring for her newborn child, Cynthia realized how much they deserved love simply for just existing.

As adults we often doubt our own self worth and the reasons why we deserve love and care when in reality, we all deserve love simply for existing and being and that is enough

Cynthia and I connected originally over our new found love of crystals.  I asked her to be a guest on the pod to share her favorites.

Citrine - for abundance and building confidence.

Clear quartz - for seeking clarity and finding answers about your truest self.

Lapis Lazuli -opens your throat chakra and helps with overcoming fears around expressing yourself, which is very beneficial for social anxiety.

Obsidian -protects you from negative energy and clears out anything that could be deterring you from your highest self.

Golden healer- one of my personal favorites and I usually keep one close to my work space for physical, emotional, and mental healing.

Pyrite-attracting wealth, abundance, and good luck due to its metallic gold-like appearance. Purifying the circulatory and respiratory systems.

“The more we feel like we’re undeserving of love,
or that we’re not good enough, the more we’re
just closing ourselves off to the beauty that the
world has to offer us.

Real Magic by Dr. Wayne Dyer:

Dyer teaches us how to achieve a higher level of consciousness. He asks us to imagine what would make us happy, then offers specific strategies for attaining these goals. With Dyer's help, each and every one of us can be a miracle worker.

Crystals to Work With:

Obsidian was once worth more than gold for its healing properties and use as arrowheads and tools. This stone carries a powerful vibration of protection, metamorphosis, & clarity. It is known to absorb negative energy lingering in our space while stimulating growth on all levels.

Color to Work With:

Blue is the color of communication, providing us with the power of speaking the truth. Visualizing or surrounding yourself with blue can help activate and balance your throat chakra promoting openness, tranquillity, and harmony in your communication.

Chakra to Work With:

Energy center of communication, authenticity, and expression. It is also associated with your thyroid and parathyroid glands. This explains why breathwork reduces anxiety and creates a better ability to understand and express yourself.

Waxing Crescent

"What else is happening?"

This weeks New Moon in Scorpio signifies a period of significant change and transformation. Mars, powerful in Scorpio, prompts decisive action and resolution. However, it's conjunction with Uranus introduces unpredictability, potentially leading to volatile and erratic outcomes. The influence of Sun, Mars, and Uranus warns against impulsivity and encourages a measured approach. Caution is advised during this Sun/Mars/Uranus phase, emphasizing the importance of avoiding risky situations and aggressive behavior. Grounding oneself and maintaining a steady pace are essential.
